This notice explains how Elif Bridal by Brirose handles personal data in connection with this website. It is prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). The site has no forms; details such as your name, phone number or email address are not collected through the site.

Data we process
This website has no form that collects personal data from visitors. When you message us on WhatsApp to book an appointment, the details you share (your phone number, name and message) reach us through WhatsApp, not through the site. For hosting and security, technical server logs such as your IP address, browser information and the time of the request may be created.
Why we process it
To answer your appointment requests on WhatsApp and plan your fitting, to keep the site secure and working properly, and to meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
KVKK Article 5/2 (c), processing necessary to enter into or perform a contract, 5/2 (ç), compliance with a legal obligation, and 5/2 (f), our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
WhatsApp and transfers
When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy terms. Hosting and security for this site are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., whose servers may be located outside Turkey. Transfers abroad are made in line with the conditions set out in KVKK Article 9. We may share data with authorised public bodies when legally required. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
How we collect it
We do not collect data directly through the site. WhatsApp conversations come into being electronically when you send us a message.
How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for the periods required by law. When that period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary items are used: a session cookie for signing in to the admin panel (not applicable to visitors), a marker kept in your browser so the welcome pop-up is shown only once, and a marker kept in session storage so the opening animation does not repeat within the same visit.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted or destroyed where the legal conditions are met and for these actions to be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
